Dedication Concert in Memory of Rae Shine’s good friend “Star” who was killed due to Domestic Violence. Concert will be held at the Fillmore in Silver Spring. All Ages. Rae Shine and Tricky Dice perform from 9:15-40pm. All Ages. $10 in Advance, $15 at the door.
